As we are a made-to-order studio, every piece is handcrafted especially for you. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We request you to please read the handmade disclaimer carefully before placing your order.


Damages in Transit

We take utmost care in packaging your artwork to ensure it reaches you safely. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit, we will be happy to arrange a priority exchange.

To be eligible for a damage claim, please note the following:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The shipping label

    • The product condition while opening the package

  • Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Without a valid unboxing video, we will be unable to process any exchange or refund request.
